Festival Internacional de Folclore Prefeitura de Passo Fundo e Conselho Internacional de Organização de Festivais de Folclore (CIOFF) realizam desde o ano de 1992 o Festival Internacional de Folclore de Passo Fundo. Ao passar de cada edição o Festival consolida-se cada vez mais pelo empenho da organização, apoio do público e apresentações de grupos folclóricos dos mais diversos países e estados brasileiros.
